We get a sourdough every Saturday. The crust is perfect and the shop smells wonderful.
They did a cake for twenty at short notice and it looked lovely. Great with dietary needs.

Baked in Yourtown every day
We start before dawn, six days a week. The shop is small, the oven is big, and the bread is made slowly with local flour and a starter we have kept going for years.
Cakes are made to order in our own kitchen. Tell us the occasion, the number of guests and any allergies, and we will quote you.
Slow-made bread
Long fermentation for flavour and a good crust.
Made to order cakes
Baked in small batches, not shipped in.
Allergy aware
Gluten-free and nut-free options, ask us first.
