These terms apply to all services provided by Crello Agency (“Crello”, “we”). By ordering a plan, add-on or service you agree to them.
Each plan page lists what is included. Anything not listed is not included, and extra work such as photography, graphic design and extensive copywriting is quoted separately.
We do not guarantee search rankings, Google Maps positions or the outcome of reviews. Where a service depends on a third party (for example Google, domain registrars or email providers) we can only act within what that provider allows.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you give us and for having the right to use it.

Privacy Policy

When you contact us or use our get started forms we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and website. We use them to reply to your enquiry, provide quotes and deliver the services you ask for.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. Formspree passes them to us by email and keeps a copy so that we can respond to you.
We use only essential cookies and similar storage to keep this website working and to remember your cookie choice. We do not use your cookie choice to track you.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@crello.co.uk.

Payment Terms

One-off website builds, services and add-ons are paid as agreed when you order.

Plan Contracts
