The brief
Prime Decor approached us to replace their existing website with something more modern, professional and representative of the business.
The previous website had served its purpose, but the client wanted a fresh approach that would present their services and work more effectively while giving potential customers a stronger first impression.
The brief was to create a completely new website rather than simply making small changes to the existing site. It also needed to make contacting the business as straightforward as possible for potential customers.
The execution
We replaced the client’s previous website with a completely new design created specifically for this project.
Rather than following the structure and visual approach of the old website, we developed a fresh direction for Prime Decor, giving the site its own look and feel while keeping the information clear and easy to navigate.
The website was structured around the business and its services, with a stronger visual presentation and clearer routes for visitors to find the information they need.
We also integrated WhatsApp directly into the website, giving potential customers another simple way to contact the business from their phone.
Particular attention was given to the mobile experience, where customers can quickly view the website, understand the services offered and make contact.
Following the launch, Prime Decor moved onto the Website Essentials plan, giving the business ongoing website support and maintenance.
The result
